Stove top: Remove all packaging. Pan fry salmon burgers on medium-high heat for 6 to 7 minutes, turning once.
Barbecue: Preheat barbecue to medium-high, place burgers evenly on cooking grill, grilling for 6 to 7 minutes, turning over gently once halfway through cooking.
